Privacy Notice

Shop owner: this is a generic template. Review it and adjust it to reflect your shop's actual data practices before relying on it.

This notice explains how PrintCo collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you place an order with us.

Who is responsible for your data

PrintCo, located at 123 Main St, Athens, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@printco.gr or +30-210-000-0000.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, and — if you provide them — your email address and phone number.

We also collect the files you upload for printing, along with order details such as the service selected, quantities, and any notes you add.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to process and fulfil your print order — to prepare your files, calculate pricing, contact you about your order, and let you track its status. This is necessary to perform the contract between us.

How long we keep it

We keep your order details and uploaded files for as long as needed to complete your order and handle any follow-up questions.

You can ask us to delete your order and its files at any time, and we can do so immediately from our admin dashboard.

Who we share it with

Your data is hosted and processed by Tachyprint, the software provider that runs this shop's website and order system on our behalf, acting as our data processor. Tachyprint does not use your data for its own purposes.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
